Jane Hutt: Workers' blacklists 'unacceptable'

The Welsh government says it wants to eradicate the blacklisting of workers who raise health and safety concerns or are trade unionists.

Wales is the first part of the UK to take steps to outlaw companies who use blacklists during the recruitment process to deny workers employment.

Finance Minister Jane Hutt told BBC Wales economics correspondent Sarah Dickins why the practice was "unacceptable".
