Noah Tyler death: Parents' anger over midwife's role

The parents of a Caerphilly baby who died at 10 months after being deprived of oxygen at birth say they welcome a misconduct finding against the midwife Julie Richards.
A medical disciplinary panel found Ms Richards guilty of three cases of misconduct, including in relation to the care of baby Noah and his mother.
An earlier inquest found that a "gross failure" of medical care played a role in the death, after Noah was born at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff in 2011.
Speaking after the panel hearing, Noah's parents Colleen and Hywel said they remained angry and disappointed about what had happened to their son.
