Major changes to disability benefits are starting in Wales as part of the UK government's overhaul of the welfare system.

Personal Independence Payments for new claimants involve face-to-face assessments.

The UK government says the changes will replace an outdated system but critics worry that thousands of people will lose out.

Disability campaigner Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson says life could return to how it was 30 years ago for disabled people.
