Elfyn Llwyd MP urges 'parity with Scotland'

Wales should strive for an equal constitutional settlement with Scotland.

That's according to Plaid Cymru's Westminster Group leader Elfyn Llwyd who described the UK as beleaguered, when he addressed delegates at the party's annual spring conference on Anglesey.
