Horsemeat scandal: Welsh councils pull beef from menus
Six Welsh councils have confirmed they have withdrawn certain meat products from schools and care homes as a precaution, following another horsemeat scare.
It has emerged that Bridgend, Cardiff, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Swansea and the Vale of Glamorgan local authorities are all affected.
It follows a potential positive test for horse DNA in frozen mince supplied to Newport-based Welsh Bros Ltd three months ago.
