Betsi Cadwaladr NHS change: Llandudno protest march
Hundreds of protesters against major changes to the health service in north Wales have marched through Llandudno.
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board's plans include moving the specialist care of sick babies to England, and closing several community hospitals.
This week the area's community health council backed the proposals, and the health board says it has had to make difficult decisions. Kate Morgan reports
