North Wales NHS shake-up for neonatal care moves closer
Controversial plans by north Wales health board appear set to go ahead, including proposals to move serious neonatal care to England, and close some community hospitals.
It follows a meeting of the region's community health council, which says it will not refer plans by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board to the health minister.
The decision comes despite widespread and vocal protests in affected towns across north Wales.
Matthew Richards reports.
