Dyfed-Powys police commissioner freezes civilian jobs


One of Wales's newly elected Police and Crime Commissioners has put a freeze on recruiting new civilian staff.

Conservative Christopher Salmon took over the budget at Dyfed-Powys Police three weeks ago.

Abigail Neal, reporting from the force headquarters in Carmarthen, told Lucy Owen why Mr Salmon had made the move.
