Autumn statement 2012: Business reaction to tax change

The chancellor has increased ten fold, from £25,000 to £250,000 the allowance for new machinery firms can claim against tax.

BBC Wales economics correspondent Sarah Dickins explains what the chancellor's autumn statement means for business in Wales.
