Leveson: Welsh victims welcome report


Some of the Welsh victims of phone hacking say they welcome the findings of the Leveson report.

Lord Justice Leveson said the press had "wreaked havoc in the lives of innocent people" for many decades.

He is recommending a tougher form of self-regulation for the press backed by legislation.
