New Law: Cardiff firm's personal injury jobs boost

Help

A personal injury law firm is planning to double in size over the next three years and has already begun taking on new staff.

Cardiff-based New Law has 300 staff and is one of the top 10 largest personal injury law firms in the UK. It is currently recruiting 150 extra staff.

It was set up eight years ago by chief executive Helen Molyneux.

The recent expansion is the result of providing legal work for companies on the High Street which are now able to sell consumer law services to the public after a shake-up of the market.

Ms Molyneux told Nick Servini about the changing face of the legal industry for Wales@Work on BBC Radio Wales.
