Wales floods: Council chief Hywyn Williams hopeful flood will recede


Hundreds of people have had to leave their homes amid severe flooding in north Wales.

Many residents had to be rescued, with parts of St Asaph and Ruthin among the worst affected areas.

Hywyn Williams, corporate director of Denbighshire Council, told Rebecca John on BBC Wales Today there was help available.
