Euticals: Flintshire council letters over chemical find
Three thousand people living in Sandycroft in Flintshire have been sent letters warning them after "large quantities" of a "potentially explosive" substance were discovered at a nearby pharmaceutical factory.
The Euticals plant has been shut down after the unlicensed product was discovered there.
