First Minister Carwyn Jones: Warning over EU budget


The First Minister Carwyn Jones says Wales could lose out if there is a cut to the European Union's budget.

Talks between member states begin on Thursday to try and reach agreement on the budget from 2014 onwards.

Wales has benefited from the highest tier of EU funding but how has it been spent and how will budget negotiations affect the next round of funding?
