John Hefin: Tributes to TV director and ex-BBC Wales drama head
John Hefin, the TV director and former head of drama at BBC Wales, has died at the age of 71.
Mr Hefin, from Borth, near Aberystwyth, was one of the creators of the Welsh language soap opera Pobol y Cwm.
He also worked on the classic rugby comedy Grand Slam, and "The Life and Times of David Lloyd George" starring Philip Madoc.
Peter Johnson spoke to the former controller of BBC Cymru Wales, Gareth Price, about Hefin's career on BBC Radio Wales.
