Wales child abuse: Councils find Jillings report copies
The report into child abuse in north Wales written in the 1990s by John Jillings and then shelved to avoid legal claims has been found in council archives.
One of the victims of abuse at the Bryn Estyn children's home, Keith Gregory, says he is handing a list of alleged abusers to the Serious Organised Crime Agency.
