Jimmy Savile: Ex-BBC governor Sir Roger Jones' suspicions

29 October 2012 Last updated at 09:30 GMT

A former BBC Wales governor has said that he put child protection policies in place to ensure Jimmy Savile could not work with the corporation's charity Children In Need.

Sir Roger Jones was a member of the BBC's board of governors between 1997 and 2002, and for part of that time was also UK Chairman of the children's charity.

He told BBC Radio Wales' Oliver Hides why he was suspicious of the TV presenter's behaviour.
