Cardiff housing blueprint unveiled

Cardiff Council will vote on a plan for the biggest expansion of the city since the 1950s.

If approved, the number of new homes in the city could rise by a quarter over the next 14 years.

But there are concerns that too much housing will be built in the capital, rather than being spread throughout south east Wales.
