Emma Jones murder: Father's distress at 'traumatic' loss

The father of a woman murdered at a party has spoken of his family's devastation.

Alwen Jones, of Llanllyfni, stabbed Barry Jones's daughter Emma Jones at the entrance to a block of flats at Penygroes, Gwynedd, on 10 December last year.

Speaking after Alwen Jones was found guilty of murder at Caernarfon Crown Court, Mr Jones spoke about his distress and anger.

Mr Jones said he couldn't accept such a "bubbly, loving character gone out of your life to violence".
