Meg Burgess wall death: Builder George Collier jailed

The director of a building firm has been sent to prison for two years after a wall collapsed on a three-year-old girl at Meliden near Prestatyn.

A court heard that Meg Burgess was killed almost instantly when she was engulfed by rubble in 2008.

On Friday, a jury found George Collier guilty of manslaughter by gross negligence.
