Luke Jenkins: Report into boy's death after op


A report into the death of a seven-year-old boy from Cardiff who suffered a cardiac arrest after having heart surgery has concluded that bank holiday staff shortages contributed to his death.

Luke Jenkins had been expected to make a full recovery after surgery at Bristol's Children's Hospital in 2010 - but died a week later after his condition deteriorated.

Garry Owen asked BBC Wales' health correspondent Owain Clarke about the background to the case.
