Gold post box for Bridgend's Aled Davies

A post box has been painted gold in Bridgend to celebrate Aled Davies' Paralympics gold medal win in the men's F42 discus.

The Royal Mail has painted boxes gold in the home towns of all gold medal-winning athletes, normally choosing a post box in the centre of their home town.

However, Davies revealed in an interview that he wanted the post box in Gentle Way painted gold as it was near his parents' house.
