Help

A pioneering steam-powered Victorian submarine which sank off the north Wales coast 132 years ago is being conserved by a diving club.

Chester Sub Aqua Club is trying to slow down the erosion of the three-man submersible Resurgam.

It sank off Rhyl, Denbighshire, in February 1880.

Matthew Richards reports.
