Two people have been cut from a van by fire crews after an incident with a motorbike on the A482 in Carmarthenshire.
Emergency services are still at the scene and the road is closed in both directons between Lampeter and the Sarn Helen junction near Pumsaint.
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said the alert was raised at around 09:00 BST.
The condition of the motorbike rider is not known.
