'Enormous progress' for NHS Wales says David Sissling, chief executive


The NHS in Wales has made "enormous progress" in delivering a better service to patients over the past year, according to its chief executive.

In his annual report, chief executive David Sissling says stroke patients are getting better treatment. However, too many patients are waiting on trolleys, he says.
