Church in Wales 'needs radical plan to secure future'

Radical change is needed if the Church in Wales is to secure its future, according to a report.

It said the situation is one of "dire seriousness" and makes 50 recommendations.

The church's governing body will consider it.

The Archbishop of Wales, Dr Barry Morgan, says he accepts the need for the Church in Wales to undergo a radical transformation.

The review wants to see a better use of church buildings so that communities can use them.
