Bangor under-16s night-time curfew begins
There is fresh debate about how best to tackle anti-social behaviour in Welsh town and city centres.

The police say they will only enforce it if there is disruption. But critics claim the order is heavy handed and unnecessary.
Roger Pinney reports from Bangor city centre.
