Severn Barrage plan divides opinion
An original plan for a tidal barrage across the Severn Estuary was rejected two years ago by the UK government as costs spiralled.
A proposal backed by Peter Hain would be privately financed but environmental groups still object.
Environment correspondent Iolo ap Dafydd speaks to both sides of the argument and afterwards Mr Hain is questioned about his involvement.
