Ex-Welsh Water boss John Elfed Jones wants water sold for profit
A former boss of Welsh Water has told BBC Wales serious consideration should be given to selling water here to make a profit.
John Elfed Jones says water should be sold in the same way as oil.
Welsh Water says it would consider a-not-for-profit transfer scheme if a realistic proposal was put forward, but they say it is not possible at the moment.
Garry Owen reports.
