Pink fluorescent lights to tackle Cardiff trouble spots

Help

Pink fluorescent lighting which highlights skin blemishes such as acne may be installed.

In other parts of Britain the lighting has proved to be a deterrent but not everyone in Cardiff is happy about the idea.

Nick Palit reports.
