Health minister Lesley Griffiths defends NHS reforms in Wales


The Health Minister Lesley Griffiths has defended her government's reforms of the NHS in Wales after accusations of a slash and burn approach from doctors' leaders.

Wales is the only part of the UK where NHS spending has not been ring fenced.
