Recycling in Wales hampered by differences says watchdog

The Wales Audit Office says efforts to increase the amount of waste being recycled are being hindered because the Welsh government and local councils aren't working together well enough.

A new report says that Wales has the highest recycling rate of the UK nations.

But it warns that long-term improvements face substantial barriers unless there's agreement on how best to collect different types of waste.
