Police give suspect Sean Wall, 17, cider before questioning
Two detectives from South Wales Police have been disciplined after a 17-year-old boy was given cider and then questioned about a string of burglaries.
Sean Wall was taken from a young offenders' institution and driven around various locations of burglaries in Cardiff.
One officer has received a final written warning for gross misconduct, the second a written warning for misconduct.
