Carwyn Jones: Wales 'benefits from being in UK'

The debate surrounding the future of Scotland and a possible referendum on independence has dominated the political agenda over the last week.

Any move from Scotland's current relationship with the UK would be felt in Wales.

Aled ap Dafydd of the BBC Sunday Politics programme spoke to First Minister Carwyn Jones about the effects of any changes on Wales and the UK.

He began by asking who should decide on the referendum - the Scottish or UK government?
