London 2012: Cardiff city centre Olympic adverts ban

Help

Businesses in the heart of Cardiff city centre will be banned from displaying advertising hoardings while Olympic events are being staged at the Millennium Stadium.

Legislation passed by the assembly this week means only official sponsors of the games can display adverts within 500m (547 yards) of the event when the football comes to Cardiff in July and August.

Nick Palit reports.
