Swansea Singleton Hospital E. coli risk 'very low'

A microbiologist who chaired inquiries into E. coli outbreaks in Wales and in Scotland says the risks that more babies will contract ESBL E. coli at Swansea's Singleton Hospital are very low.

But Prof Hugh Pennington said something had clearly gone wrong at the neonatal unit following the deaths of two babies.
