Cardiff teenager arrested in Kenya 'brainwashed'

Help

The father of one of two teenagers from Cardiff arrested over possible links to a Somali Islamist insurgent group has told the BBC his son has been brainwashed.

Both men were apprehended near the Kenyan-Somali border on Sunday and will be deported on Wednesday.

Their families say they are thankful they are both safe and well after going missing from their homes in Cardiff.

Nick Palit reports.
