Baby Harley Ruck's killing 'not preventable'

A report into the death of an 11-month-old baby girl, stabbed by her mother in their home in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, has found that nothing could have been done to predict or prevent the tragedy.

A serious case review says although Jade Ruck was known to social services, there was never any evidence she would harm her daughter Harley.
