Four in Welsh courts for 'encouraging disorder'

Four people have appeared in courts in Wales to face charges of encouraging disorder through social media.

Two teenagers in Wrexham and two men from Cardiff are among 12 people to have been arrested.

Meanwhile, First Minister Carwyn Jones has praised police and community workers for their efforts in ensuring that Wales has not experienced the kind of unrest seen in some English cities.
