Shock collar dog owner is fined
A man who admitted using an electric shock collar to stop his dog straying has been fined £2,000.
Philip Pook, from Ogmore by Sea near Bridgend, is the first man to be charged with the offence, after the use of the dog collars was banned in Wales last year.
They are still legal in the rest of the UK as Nick Palit reports.
