Carwyn Jones wants powers over large windfarms in Wales

The First Minister says the Welsh Government should have the powers to shape windfarm policy in Wales.

The Cardiff Bay administration plans to limit the number of developments. But the major stumbling block is that overall responsibility for large-scale energy generation rests with the UK Government.

BBC Politics Show presenter Aled ap Dafydd interviewed Mr Jones and asked him if the Welsh Government had made a U-turn in recent days.
