Sir Terry Matthews advises MPs on creating jobs

Billionaire entrepreneur Sir Terry Matthews has been advising MPs on how to create jobs.

Mr Matthews, who owns the Celtic Manor resort near Newport, said new graduates had to be helped to become business people or Wales did not have a future.

He was giving evidence to a parliamentary inquiry into inward investment.

BBC Wales' parliamentary correspondent David Cornock reports.
