True Wales' Rachel Banner say power questions remain


True Wales spokeswoman Rachel Banner said the assembly powers referendum results was a "turning point in the history of the nation."

But she questioned whether the low turnout gave true consent. Ms Banner said it remained to be seen if 42 backbench assembly members could provide the high quality scrunity to legislation required.
