Philip Pullman's plea over Welsh library cuts

One of Britain's best selling authors says any cuts to library services in Wales should not be tolerated.

Philip Pullman was talking after BBC Wales contacted all 22 Welsh councils and while the majority said they were not planning closures, a number are and have earmarked cut-backs to services too.

Mr Pullman spoke with Wales Today's Matt Murray.
