Dyfi bridge: petition for second crossing handed in

Help

A second bridge over the River Dyfi near Machynlleth in Powys is needed urgently to improve access to hospitals in emergencies, say campaigners.

On Tuesday they handed over a petition for a new crossing to the assembly government in Cardiff.

The Dyfi bridge has already closed because of high river levels a number of times this year.
