Mickey Rourke on rugby star Gareth Thomas film plans
Hollywood star Mickey Rourke has been talking about his plans to play former Wales rugby union captain Gareth Thomas in a bio-pic of his life.
Thomas, who now plays rugby league for the Crusaders, announced he was gay in 2009 and has already been in discussions with a scriptwriter. Rourke was in Cardiff for the Millennium Magic rugby league matches.
He told BBC Wales Today's Claire Summers of getting to grips with the Welsh accent, the physical demands of the role - and his first rugby-related injury.
You can see more of the interview on Wales Today and online on Monday 14 February.
