Bid to trace source of outbreak


Health experts are still trying to find the source of an outbreak of Legionnaires' disease which has been linked to the death of a 64-year-old woman.

Another 12 cases have been confirmed, with doctors on alert for patients who might be showing symptoms of the illness.

The cases cover seven different council areas across south Wales.
