Warning on Legionnaires' cluster in south Wales
The death of a 64-year-old woman is being investigated in connection with an outbreak of Legionnaires' disease in south Wales.
The woman, who has not been named, died in hospital on Monday.
In all, 11 cases have been identified, clustered around the heads of the Valleys.
