Police rule out foul play in Alva freezer death probe

Police have ruled out foul play in the case of a man found dead in a freezer in Clackmannanshire.

Architect Colin Machin was found dead in the walk-in deep-freeze in the garage of his home in Alva in June.

Officers launched an investigation initially treating the 50-year-old father-of-three's death as "unexplained".

However they have now concluded that there were no suspicious circumstances.
