Eleanor Philip, 81, dies two days after A85 crash

A woman has died in hospital two days after a crash on the A85 in Perthshire.

Eleanor Rosemary Philip was the front seat passenger in a blue Skoda Fabia which was involved in a collision with a white Vauxhall Astra van near Loanleven Farm at 19:35 on Saturday.

The 81-year-old from Crieff was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee but died of her injuries on Monday evening.

Police are investigating the crash and have appealed for witnesses.

Officers want to speak to anyone who saw either vehicle on the Perth to Crianlarich road prior to or at the time of the crash.
